What makes a great landscape image? Why do some images grab our attention and others fade? How can you create rhythm and depth in your landscape images? Learn what you need to know to take your landscape photography to the next level.
We’ll spend the morning shooting leafy parks, a glimmering waterfall and a classic red barn. We’ll discuss the goals in landscape photography and the challenges based on the conditions of the day. Rich will work with each participant to provide suggestions and help you improve your photography.
We’ll return to the classroom to learn more about the classic techniques of landscape photography, delving into topics including gear, helpful applications, how to use light and shadow, focus-stacking, and suggestions for post-production.
